I went to bed at 9pm last night. I was asleep by 9:30 and I got 8 hours of sleep!

I didn't run yesterday. I looked at my schedule and realized if I ran yesterday I wouldn't be able to do some other fun workouts during the week. I'm trying to take 2 rest days a week for awhile. I'm not training for anything. Plus I really wanna see if the exercise is causing the amenorrhea. I've done some reading (thank you Laura) and some studies suggest that it might. From what I can tell over-exercising can cause amenorrhea even if you have enough body fat. I'm not a doctor so please don't take my words as fact. I'm going to discuss it with my Dr. next time I'm in. Plus it can't hurt to relax a bit on the workouts. Right now my goal is be healthy and fit. One day my goal will be to qualify for Boston, but lets not get ahead of myself :)

I'm aming for these goals this week:
Yoga 2-3 times (I don't really count Hatha classes as a workout, more of a mental breake)
Sculpt Class/ Strength 2 times
Run 2 times (5-14 miles, one quality, one easy)
Swim 3 times (9000 - 12000 yards, one IM, one sprint, and one distance)
