| First things first. Workout 2000 meter row (9 min), I'm trying to keep my shoulders in shape for swimming. 45 min hill workout on elliptical, (3.75 miles, tried to keep heart rate betwwen 140-150 bpm's) very light weights
I hadn't done any weight training since the first week in April. I didn't want to over do it. Overall I had a good workout. I'm really looking forward to running and swimming again. I do get to swim tomorrow!
This morning has been busy. Mostly because I was unsure which doctor to call about a problem I've been having. First I called the RE nurse and she said to call my reg gyno since it sounded unrelated to the problems I'm seeing the RE for. The RE nurse did say to call back and let them know what the regular gyno said. Then I call the regular gyno and explain the problem. I then had to explain what I've been through the past couple weeks. The gyno nurse was appropriately sorry and said she would speak to the Dr. She said they probably wouldn't do anything until the regular gyno speaks to the RE. The worst thing is I KNOW what the problem is. I just need somebody to write a damn script. Why couldn't any of my friends who went to medical school have moved to Austin. Better yet why did they all have to become surgeons and neurologists. Other random things I have accomplished this morning: Acupuncture Appointment (I'll try anything that will improve my chances of getting knocked-up again) Eye brow Appointment hair appointment pedicure appointment lots of admin stuff for the swim team paid bills files insurance crap 2 loads of laundry a couple other phone calls about swim team stuff
